Jim Wenninger, CEO
Jim Wenninger is the chief executive officer of WennSoft and has over 20 years
experience in the field service, construction and equipment rental industries.
Jim's vision for WennSoft is driven from the concept that the process for
providing services to customers should be proactive rather than reactive, as
history has demonstrated. This vision has helped deliver solutions that
integrate directly with financials, to provide a 360 degree view across an
entire organization, with the customer as the central and primary focus. Jim
holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of
Wisconsin at Eau Claire. Prior to WennSoft, Jim served as the VP of Operations
for a major Midwestern mechanical and service contractor and held several board
and advisory council positions within the industry and trade groups.
Julie West, President/COO
Julie West is president and chief operating officer, responsible for all areas
of WennSoft, including overall strategy and direction, and all operational
aspects. Julie has spent more than 12 years in the software industry. Her
experience includes responsibility of global operations in six countries for a
major software company, including strategic planning, business development,
mergers, capital funding and all functional areas of operation; manager, Global
Product Marketing for Microsoft; and director, Independent Solutions Developers
and District Sales Manager for Great Plains Software. Previously, Julie served
president of the Arthritis Foundation Dakota Chapter and built her own retail
stores from concept to sale five years later. She attended the University of
North Dakota, studying business education and management.
Tim Kennedy, Executive Vice President of Development
Tim Kennedy is executive vice president, development,
responsible for WennSoft product direction and development. Prior to joining
WennSoft, Tim spent 22 years at Honeywell as an executive and technical leader.
His duties included District Service and Construction Manager (Twin Cities
District), Director of the Global Resource Center for Service, World Wide
Project Manager for Service Management Systems, Manager of Field Management
Systems, Manager of the Technical Assistance Center, Manager of Customer
Training and an instructor of temperature control and energy management systems
for HVAC systems. Before joining Honeywell, Tim was a public school teacher in
Minneapolis. He has a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison and a master's degree in strategic studies from the U.S. Army
War College. Tim retired from the Army National Guard in March of 2007 after
serving for 37 years, and attaining the rank of Brigadier General. His final
assignment was as the Assistant Adjutant General – Army for the Minnesota
National Guard.
Kerry Draper, Vice President of Professional Services
Kerry Draper is vice president of professional services,
responsible for WennSoft services including Consulting, Support and Training.
Prior to joining WennSoft, Kerry spent seven years as an independent Microsoft
Dynamics Great Plains consultant, participating in hundreds of implementations
across the United States and Canada. Before his consulting career, he worked in
various roles in the personal computer market including sales, network
technician and manager of local retail personal computer storefronts. Kerry’s
education includes accounting and computer sciences from Idaho State University
and a variety of technical training courses provided by Microsoft and other
authorized training companies.
Jeff Schilling, Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Schilling is the chief financial officer,
responsible for finance and accounting in addition to all administration and
internal systems. Prior to joining WennSoft, Jeff was the controller for a $30
million contracting firm. He also spent several years in public accounting,
where he led and performed audit and tax compliance work, and served as an
outside financial advisor to privately held businesses, mainly in construction.
Jeff is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association –
Milwaukee Chapter and received a bachelor’s in business administration with a
major in accounting from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh.
Tom Eide, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Tom Eide is vice president of sales and marketing, responsible for WennSoft sales, channel development and marketing. Tom brings a wide range of experiences to WennSoft, including experience with Microsoft andDynamics GP. From building boats to high tech manufacturing, his focus has always been on growing business. Tom has worked in a variety of roles including chief executive officer, chief financial officer, sales and systems. His education includes a BA from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn., and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn.
Tom Cunningham, Director of Marketing
Tom Cunningham is director of marketing, responsible for
WennSoft branding, marketing and positioning and has significant influence on
the go-to-market strategy for WennSoft. Tom has spent more than 12 years in the
technology arena, working in areas ranging from technical, account services,
marketing and management for clients and audiences ranging from the Fortune 500
to small businesses, both in business-to-business and business-to-consumer
models. Tom received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from
Marquette University with a specialization in information systems.
Gina Renner, Director of Customer Business Development
Gina Renner is director of customer business
development, leading the WennSoft strategy for delivering continual ROI and
value to WennSoft customers. Previously, Gina held the role of director of
development operations at WennSoft. Prior to joining Wennsoft, she was director
of client services for Digital Dimensions, Inc. (DDI), managing product
implementation and customer support for this banking platform automation
provider. Before DDI, Gina spent 10 years with Manatron, Inc., primarily as a
Senior Systems Analyst. In that role, she designed applications specifically
designed for the municipal government marketplace. Gina’s education includes
Business Administration and Computer Science from Martin Community College and
technical training programs provided by the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
Jim Robinson, Director of Development for Business Solutions
Jim Robinson is the director of development for business solutions, responsible for Microsoft technology integration strategies, Job Cost solutions and co-funded development. Jim’s background at WennSoft includes over 12 years leading and developing full ERP solutions for companies in multiple countries and languages - with hundreds of users - as well as personnel responsibility for multiple small-to-medium sized consulting teams. Prior to joining WennSoft, Jim spent several years working in Repair Dispatch and Information Technology for a Fortune 100 company, received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Marquette University and Wisconsin Certified Public Accountant certification.
