Executive Team
Jim Wenninger, CEO
Jim Wenninger is the chief executive officer of WennSoft and has over 20 years
experience in the field service, construction and equipment rental industries.
Jim's vision for WennSoft is driven from the concept that the process for
providing services to customers should be proactive rather than reactive, as
history has demonstrated. This vision has helped deliver solutions that
integrate directly with financials, to provide a 360 degree view across an
entire organization, with the customer as the central and primary focus. Jim
holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of
Wisconsin at Eau Claire. Prior to WennSoft, Jim served as the VP of Operations
for a major Midwestern mechanical and service contractor and held several board
and advisory council positions within the industry and trade groups.
Julie West, President/COO
Julie West is president and chief operating officer, responsible for all areas
of WennSoft, including overall strategy and direction, and all operational
aspects. Julie has spent more than 12 years in the software industry. Her
experience includes responsibility of global operations in six countries for a
major software company, including strategic planning, business development,
mergers, capital funding and all functional areas of operation; manager, Global
Product Marketing for Microsoft; and director, Independent Solutions Developers
and District Sales Manager for Great Plains Software. Previously, Julie served
president of the Arthritis Foundation Dakota Chapter and built her own retail
stores from concept to sale five years later.
Tim Kennedy, Executive Vice President
Tim Kennedy is executive vice president, with responsibility for business development, product development, and support. Prior to joining WennSoft, Tim spent 22 years at Honeywell as an executive and technical leader. His duties included District Service and Construction Manager (Twin Cities District), Director of the Global Resource Center for Service, World Wide Project Manager for Service Management Systems, Manager of Field Management Systems, Manager of the Technical Assistance Center, Manager of Customer Training and an instructor of temperature control and energy management systems for HVAC systems. Before joining Honeywell, Tim was a public school teacher in Minneapolis. He has a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master's degree in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College. Tim retired from the Army National Guard in March of 2007 after serving for 37 years, and attaining the rank of Brigadier General. His final assignment was as the Assistant Adjutant General – Army for the Minnesota National Guard.
Jeff Schilling, Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Schilling is the chief financial officer,
responsible for finance and accounting in addition to all administration and
internal systems. Prior to joining WennSoft, Jeff was the controller for a $30
million contracting firm. He also spent several years in public accounting,
where he led and performed audit and tax compliance work, and served as an
outside financial advisor to privately held businesses, mainly in construction.
Jeff is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association –
Milwaukee Chapter and received a bachelor’s in business administration with a
major in accounting from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh.
Annie Bollmeier, Senior Director of Professional Services
Annie Bollmeier is the senior director of professional services and is responsible for the management and leadership of WennSoft cross-functional consulting teams. In addition, she is accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction and success during the software implementation process. Prior to her current position, Annie was the Director of Consulting, which encompassed application and technical consulting services. Before joining WennSoft, Annie spent more than 10 years in the professional services industry at a $500 million software company where she lead the central region professional services teams. Annie also has extensive experience in manufacturing, engineering, sales and as an entrepreneur.
Holly Holt, Director of Product Management
Holly Holt is the Director of Product Management driving product launch, product marketing, corporate communications and existing customer marketing. Prior to joining WennSoft, Holly had 13 years tenure at Microsoft Corporation and Great Plains Software focused on business applications including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Tom Cunningham, Director of Customer Acquisition Marketing
Tom Cunningham is responsible for all marketing activities related to customer acquisition for WennSoft. This includes providing vision and execution for the web and social media presences, national association management and overall marketing campaign execution and assessment. Tom works closely with WennSoft customers to understand their buying processes and how WennSoft delivers to them. Additionally Tom works with WennSoft sales resources to ensure a linear and cohesive process for ensuring marketing is meeting their needs. Tom has spent more than 15 years in the technology arena, with specific focus on software and the internet. His experience encompasses working in areas from technical, account services, marketing and management for clients and audiences ranging from the Fortune 500 to small businesses, both in business-to-business and business-to-consumer models. Tom received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University with a specialization in information systems.
Gina Renner, Director of Development
Gina Renner is the director of development, leading a core group of WennSoft technical resources focused on research, development, testing, and program management. Gina recently held the role of director of customer business development and support services at WennSoft, and also spent a number of years as product management for SMS then director of development operations. Prior to joining WennSoft, she was director of client services for another software company, managing product implementation and customer support for this banking-platform automation provider. Prior to that, Gina spent 10 as a Senior Systems Analyst. In that role, she designed applications specifically designed for the municipal government marketplace.
Mark Anderson, Director of Development
Mark Anderson is the director of development, leading a core group of WennSoft technical resources focused on research, development, testing, and program management. Mark’s background at WennSoft includes working as a developer on the Service Management product, and most recently as the Development Manager in charge of the Service Management product. Prior to joining WennSoft, Mark was a developer at Great Plains Software, and he also worked as a developer of accounting software at three other companies. He has a wide range of experience working directly with customers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Paul Braun, Director of Sales
Paul Braun is director of sales, responsible for WennSoft global channel and field sales across all industries. Paul has 20 years of international technology experience ranging from application development, client services, technical support, project management, marketing, and sales. Prior to joining WennSoft, Paul was vice president of a spatial information systems company providing geographic information systems (GIS) solutions. Paul received a bachelor’s of science degree in landscape architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s of science degree in renewable natural resources.
