If you employ union members, benefit and deduction categories to be included on your union reports can easily be set up with WennSoft . Benefit and deduction categories are assigned payroll benefits and/or deductions and are calculated during payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and saving time.
 
Additionally wage rates, benefits and deductions, by category, using rate classes can be assigned to union employees. Within a particular rate class/union, multiple rate classes can be created based on different combinations of positions, pay codes, and deduction/benefit categories.
