Many legacy systems don’t have built in forecasting capabilities. The result is that project managers and senior management are unable to determine how a project is progressing, or make changes that will ensure profitability.

• Manage your Contract Spend Plan – WennSoft allows the entry of estimated costs by date for each cost code estimate amount (for labor estimates, hours per date range).
• Actual vs. Estimated Costs – Reports showing actual versus estimated costs and billed amount will allow organizations to more accurately analyze contract profitability.
• Forecast Revisions by Unit – WennSoft allows forecasting for units at the cost-code level. Measure profitability of job, work order or contracts, and manage forecast revisions like change orders
• POC Based on Labor Hours – WennSoft enables the use of actual labor hours divided by forecasted labor hours to determine percent complete for revenue recognition and recognize revenue.
