We’re so confident in our solutions and commitments to our customers that if you aren’t satisfied with our solution, we’ll make it right. We’ll work to deliver the solution we contracted, or tell us what you believe the value of the solution is, and we’ll cover the difference.

Guarantee qualifications

  • The solutions we guarantee are WennSoft software + WennSoft services. If you’re working through one of our partners, the WennSoft accountability is to the solution as it is publicly communicated. Our partners would be involved in whatever terms or agreements you have established with them.
  • We are firm in our guarantee, but you must give us reasonable opportunity to correct the situation.
  • You must be on a current enhancement and support plan.
  • The product you’re running must be one currently within the timeline for mainstream support. If not, your organization would have to upgrade to the current solution, and then use in production for no less than 12 months before making a claim.
  • If you are compensated as a part of this guarantee, the refund will go through a legal sign off.
The WennSoft offices will be closed on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 to allow our team members to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with their families. In the event of an emergency of system down situation, please email This email account will be checked occasionally on Friday.
