Upgrading to the most recent version of your WennSoft solution can enhance your processes and increase efficiency. Unfortunately, the upgrade process can disrupt your business as your resources focus on the upgrade rather than day-to-day operations.

The WennSoft Upgrade Services team can help you minimize disruptions by assisting with the implementation and customization process. Our consultants can handle varying degrees of the upgrade, including planning, testing and installation—while your employees stay focused on their jobs.

Three Star Upgrade Plan
With this option, WennSoft provides you with an upgrade plan and testing that sets the stage for your staff or partner to handle the upgrade.

The Three Star Upgrade Plan includes:

• Planning checklist review
• Upgrade remote test
• Upgrade plan with detailed tasks and estimated hours needed for upgrade
• Results of upgrade remote test
• Four hours of remote troubleshooting and documentation on first version upgrade

Requirements:

• Fees must be paid in advance
  
• A configured test environment must be prepared prior to plan implementation. If a test environment is not configured, extra charges will apply
• These plans apply only to WennSoft and Microsoft Dynamics core products. Including additional products in the plan deliverables will require a separate estimate
  
• Custom code, reports and modified screens will be identified and the planning, testing and upgrading of these features will be estimated and billed separately in addition to the plan price
  

Four Star Upgrade Plan
With the Four Star Upgrade Plan, you’ll receive a detailed plan, upgrade testing and a consultant on-site to support your staff or partner during your upgrade.

The Four Star Plan includes:

• Planning checklist review
  
• Upgrade remote test
• Results of upgrade remote test
  
• Upgrade plan with detailed tasks and estimated hours
  
• 16 hours of onsite upgrade assistance by one of our consultants

Requirements:

• A configured test environment must be prepared prior to plan implementation. If a test environment is not configured, extra charges will apply
  
• These plans apply only to WennSoft and Microsoft Dynamics core products. Including additional products in the plan deliverables will require a separate estimate
  
• Custom code, reports and modified screens will be identified and the planning, testing and upgrading of these features will be estimated and billed separately in addition to the plan price

Five Star Upgrade Plan
With the Five Star Plan, WennSoft consultants work independently or with your Microsoft partner to fully manage and execute the upgrade process for all of your WennSoft and Microsoft Dynamics GP products. This includes all customizations, modifications and third-party product upgrades.
