Project Level Billing
The Project Level module is effective for companies with multiple divisions
working together to complete a single contract. Project Managers can create a
single contract that crosses over multiple work divisions (e.g. Electrical,
Plumbing and HVAC), and can easily look at an overall project that has had many
added segments over the life of its original contract. The Project Level module
gives users the ability to create a single invoice for all jobs within a project
and post one accounts receivable transaction. The appropriate revenue accounts
are updated based on the division assigned to each job, allowing on-screen
financial analytics. The Project Level module allows users to combine jobs
together into a project status and view committed, posted, estimated and
forecasted costs. These segments will then provide a top-to-bottom view of
project performance - from the big picture down to a snapshot of individual
activities within a given project.
