Purchasing Module Software

Purchasing Module offers a streamlined approach to purchasing equipment, whether it is intended for resale or as an asset acquisition. Functionality within this module mirrors Microsoft Dynamics purchase order processing but takes it a step further. When a new piece of equipment is ordered, the user has a choice of specifying (through PO types established in EMS) whether it is intended for resale or use in a trade or business. In both cases, a new equipment ID is created and the record is setup in Equipment Manager. Additionally, equipment designated as a capital purchase is automatically linked to Microsoft Dynamics Fixed Assets. Once the equipment record is completed in fixed assets, it is automatically linked to the Equipment Manager.
