WennSoft Dispatch Mapping
WennSoft Dispatch Mapping allows you to utilize the latest in mapping applications from Microsoft Bing® and Google to create technician routes, identify the closest technician to an unassigned appointment, print maps, driving directions and save as an HTML file. Integration to Automated Vehicle Locator (AVL), allowing the ability to pinpoint a technician’s location is also available.
WennSoft Dispatch Mapping delivers functionality designed to enable users to:
- View existing appointments from the dispatch board with filtering to show unassigned, single technicians or technician teams
- Utilize multiple icons for home offices, technician vehicles and appointment locations
- Facilitate automatic creation of technician routes by appointment start time, drive time or shortest distance
- Create routes for technicians using the latitude/longitude of their current locations, allowing for tweaks to be made to the route order based on the information
- Save all options, based on the individual user
- Map technicians globally, limited only by the data provided by Microsoft Bing and Google maps
WennSoft Dispatch Mapping reflects the content of the Dispatch Board from the Service Management Series. Data for the map is available based on filter selections, for example, technician, date, and appointment status. The information that displays on the Dispatch Board based on these filters is the information that is available to display on the map.
