E-mail Paging – Ideal for companies sending a high volume of pages, E-mail Paging allows you to send messages to any type of device with an e-mail address. Pocket PCs, CE devices, pagers and phones with e-mail commonly accept Service Management Series messages.
Two-Way Paging – Two-Way Paging offers all the features and benefits of E-mail Paging, plus gives your technicians the ability to update the main system from the field. Calls are time-stamped to record the time of the page. Your technicians can update:
