Pocket PCs, CE devices, pagers and phones with e-mail commonly accept Service
Management Series messages.
- Two-Way Paging – Two-Way Paging offers all the
features and benefits of E-mail Paging, plus gives your technicians the ability
to update the main system from the field. Calls are time-stamped to record the
time of the page. Your technicians can update:

- Call Resolutions
- Completion Dates
User-defined responses can be attached to each message. This allows your technician to simply select and send
back the appropriate response which can be immediately viewed by the dispatcher.
