The Document Management module allows users to store, retrieve and attach files
of virtually any format to the service call, location, customer record,
maintenance contract, equipment records and many other fields. Anyone on the
system can have easy access to the documents at any time. The ability to respond
immediately or supply requested information to the customer, especially when you
are on the phone, improves customer satisfaction and reduces call backs. You can
forward a copy of a contract or any of the requested documents by e-mail, fax or
print and mail a copy.
Common Document Attachments Include:
- AdobeĀ® PDF files - store product information sheets and/or product safety sheets
- CAD Drawings - store an unlimited number of drawings and revisions; stored
drawings allow users to view the latest plans or schematics
- Pictures - store
an unlimited number of pictures and images including GIF, JPG, TIF and PSD
- Scanned documents - such as signed contracts, work orders, contract proposals,
subcontractor documents, past due notices and other documents.
- Microsoft Office Application Files - link documents created in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,
Excel and Access for easy access to critical information.
Document Management Module Features:
