With TimeTrack, information entered once can be used by multiple modules including Payroll, Payables Management, Job Cost and General Ledger. You can capture, validate, track, review, approve and post expenses to various projects or service calls. Supervisors and project managers can easily monitor and analyze ongoing labor costs. Access to this data allows project managers to make informed and timely labor-related business decisions, positively impacting the direction and ultimate outcome of a job. Upon approval, labor costs are simultaneously posted to billing and payroll functions, resulting in a faster billing cycle and improved cash flow.

eTimeTrack
eTimeTrack provides the option for retrieving labor information from your field staff. Using a standard browser, employees can enter timesheet information remotely via the Internet. An extension of the WennSoft TimeTrack module, employees can charge time to contracts and service calls on a daily basis. Non-billable time or time not assigned to a contract service call may also be entered for more detailed records.

eTimeTrack transactions are saved directly to TimeTrack. Transactions do not require an import process and flow directly to TimeTrack batches. The TimeTrack batches are held for approval prior to being committed to the Service Management Series.
