WennSoft, Inc. provides construction and field service solutions that power businesses with insight to do work more proactively, productively and profitably. We offer our customers the ability to download these solutions, supporting documentation, training resources and sales promotions through our customer portal, which is accessible at www.key2act.com/customer-portal (the “Customer Portal”), and to access our solutions database, open a support request with our support team and search current and past support requests through our customer support center, which is accessible at supportcenter.key2act.com (the “Customer Support Center”). We also maintain a website, which is located at www.wennsoft.com, to publicize our solutions and our business (the “WENNSOFT Website”).

This Privacy Policy describes how we use, share, store and retain the information that we collect through or in connection with the Customer Portal, the Customer Support Center, the WENNSOFT Website and any other websites that we may make available to our customers or the general public (collectively, the “Websites”).

1. Consent
PLEASE REVIEW THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. This Privacy Policy governs our collection, use, sharing, storage and retention of your personally identifiable information.

2. Third-Party Websites
The Websites may contain links and widgets related to third-party websites and services, such as social networks, with which we have no affiliation (the “Third-Party Websites”). We do not endorse the Third-Party Websites or the quality or accuracy of the information presented on them. If you decide to visit the Third-Party Websites, you are subject to their privacy policies and practices and not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to carefully review the legal and privacy notices on all of the Third-Party Websites that you visit.

3. Information Collection
We collect information through or in connection with the Websites in three ways:

  • Personally identifiable information you provide. We collect your personally identifiable information, such as your first name, last name, mailing address, email address and phone number, if you choose to provide it to us on the Websites. For example, you may provide your personally identifiable information to us when you register for the Customer Portal when you create a profile before you download resources that we make available through the Websites.

  • Personally identifiable information from third parties and publicly available sources. We may collect your personally identifiable information from third parties who are authorized to share this information with us and from publicly available sources such as corporate websites and social media accounts.

  • Non-personally identifiable information from your use of the Websites. We use cookies and other information collection tools to automatically collect information about your usage of the Websites that, by itself, does not identify you. This non-personally identifiable information may include which mobile device and operating system you use when you visit the Websites, the times and dates of your visits to the Websites, the country where you are located when you visit the Websites, referring URLs, internet service providers and the content that you view when you visit the Websites. We may combine the personally identifiable information that you provide to us with the personally identifiable information that we may collect from third parties and publicly available sources as well as the non-personally identifiable information from your use of the Websites.

4. Information Transfer for Non-United States Residents
If you reside in a country outside of the United States and you choose to provide us with your personally identifiable information on the Websites, your information will be transferred to the United States and treated in accordance with the information protection laws of the United States, which may not afford the same level of protection as required by the laws of the country where you reside.

5. Cookies and Other Information Collection Tools
What are cookies? Cookies are small files containing a string of characters that are sent to your computer when you visit a website or use an online service. When you visit that website or online service again, the cookies allow that website or online service to recognize your browser.   • for customer service, security, to detect fraud or illegal activities and for archival and backup purposes in connection with the operation of the Websites;

We may share the information that we collect through or in connection with the Websites as described at the time such information is collected or as follows:

For example, we may use third parties to host the Websites, provide data analytics and research services, send email updates about the Websites, provide marketing services and process payments.

8. Information Storage and Retention
The information that we collect through or in connection with the Websites will be electronically stored by WENNSOFT or our third-party service providers. If any of this information is stored by our third-party service providers, that information will be subject to their security procedures, which may not afford the same level of protection as required by the laws of certain countries such as the member nations of the European Union.

We retain the information that we collect through or in connection with the Websites for as long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations. In addition, we retain this information to comply with applicable law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, enforce our Terms of Use and other actions permitted by law.

9. Information Security
We employ reasonable security measures designed to protect the security of the information that we collect through or in connection with the Websites. However, the security of any information transmitted through the Internet can never be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any interception or interruption of any personally identifiable information transmitted through the Internet or for changes to or losses of your personally identifiable information.

Access to and use of password protected or secure areas of any of the Websites is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized access to such areas is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any password, user ID or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password-protected or secure areas of any of the Websites.

To protect you and your personally identifiable information, we may suspend your use of the Websites without notice pending an investigation, if any breach of security is suspected.

10. Effective Date and Changes to Privacy Policy
The Effective Date of this Privacy Policy is set forth at the top of this webpage. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion and all changes will be posted on this webpage. We encourage you to return to this webpage frequently so that you are aware of our current privacy practices. Your continued use of the Websites after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy. The amended Privacy Policy supersedes all previous versions.

11. Changes to Information and Opt-In/Opt-Out Selections

12. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from any person under the age of thirteen. No parts of the Websites are directed to or designed to attract anyone under the age of thirteen.

13. Your California Privacy Rights
California residents who provide certain types of information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about certain types of information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. To obtain this information, please send an email message to contact@wennsoft.com with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line and in the body of your message.

14. Do Not Track
The Websites do not support Do Not Track at this time. Do Not Track is a privacy preference that you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your webpage visits collected across websites when you have not interacted with that service on the page.
